NL Nanosemiconductor announces further progress in the development of Broad Band Lasers

Following the recent announcement of the development of a new type of semiconductor
laser with an extraordinary broad spectrum width, NL Nanosemiconductor has further
extended the lasing spectrum width and reproducibly by obtaining lasing with uniform
intensity distribution (only a 3dB modulation) of about 75nm
