Innolume at Laser World of Photonics 2025
From June 24 to 27, 2025, Innolume GmbH will participate in the leading international trade fair LASER World of PHOTONICS in Munich. We invite you to visit us at booth A2/325 to explore our latest developments, specifically Quantum Dot (QD) lasers based on GaAs for the O-band range.
In addition to our recent developments, we will also present our well-established products in 780-1350 nm wavelength range, including high-power Laser diodes, broadband Superluminescent diodes (SLD), Distributed-feedback laser (DFB), Gain-chips (GC), Broad Area Lasers (BA), Fiber-Bragg-Grating Lasers (FBG) and Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers (SOA) - tailored for industrial, scientific, medical and sensing applications.
At our booth we will focus on:
Uncooled CW DFB Lasers (from 70 mW to 500 mW)
Designed for SiPh datacom transceivers (DR8 and FR4) and External Light Source (ELS) for CPO applications. These lasers offer outstanding reliability, low Relative Intensity Noise (RIN < -155 dB/Hz), and a high Power Conversion Efficiency up to high temperatures (for example: PCE >20% at 400 mW at 80degC) and maintain mode-hop-free operation in the whole power and temperature range. Significantly reduced sensitivity to back reflection enables ease of integration of our lasers with SiPh PICs in high speeds pluggable transceiver as well as simplify the assembly of ELS modules.
100 GHz Comb Laser
Perfect for optical interconnects with up to 24 channels and total bandwidth exceeding 2 THz. Supports NRZ 64 Gbps transmission with BER < 10⁻¹².
High-Power Broadband Optical Amplifiers (BOA)
Tailored for FMCW LiDAR and Free Space Optics (FSO) systems. Delivers power up to 1.5 W, operational temperatures up to 105°C, astigmatism-free, and PCE up to 28%.
At our booth, you’ll also experience a live demonstration of the O-Band SOA enabling error-free data transmission over 50 km simultaneously on several lasing wavelengths : a compelling example of how our products meet the highest demands in modern telecommunications and next-generation optical infrastructure.

See you in Munich!
