Comb-laser with 100 GHz channel spacing and up to 2.2 THz Bandwidth
Innolume's QD comb laser generates 23 channels with 100 GHz FSR and a total bandwidth of 2.2 THz. It delivers PCE over 20%, low noise (-130 dB/Hz), and operates in continuous-wave mode. Optimized for high-speed data transmission in the O-band.

Innolume has introduced 4-mm quantum dot DFB lasers with an ultranarrow spectral linewidth of just 120 kHz. Thanks to their optimized design and low alpha factor, they offer excellent coherence, making them ideal for LIDAR and coherent optical communication. Serial production is in preparation.
