Innolume developed 4-mm-long Quantum Dot DFB lasers with ultranarrow spectral line.
Innolume has introduced 4-mm quantum dot DFB lasers with an ultranarrow spectral linewidth of just 120 kHz. Thanks to their optimized design and low alpha factor, they offer excellent coherence, making them ideal for LIDAR and coherent optical communication. Serial production is in preparation.
