TECHNICAL DRAFTSPERSON (F/M/D)

We, Innolume GmbH, are a leading provider of optoelectronic devices based on InGaAs/GaAs quantum-well and quantum-dot technologies, covering a wavelength range from 780 nm to 1350 nm. Our company specializes in the development of customized photonic devices precisely tailored to our customers’ requirements. Responsibilities
Creation of photomasks for photolithography (semiconductor and microsystems technology)
Preparation and modification of technical drawings for internal production, product specifications, and material orders
Standardization of technical drawings, serial numbers, part numbers, and component designations
Preparation of drawings for laboratories/cleanrooms and calculation of floor areas for facility planning
requirements
Successfully completed vocational training as a Technical Draftsperson (f/m/d) or equivalent qualification
Experience in 2D/2D drawing design (new designs, modifications of individual parts, assemblies, and photomasks)
Confident use of CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
Experience with Layout Editor, CleWin, or KLayout is an advantage

Responsibilities
Upgrade and automate existing measurement and test stations for high-volume manufacturing environments.
Design and implement automation solutions, including pick-and-place systems, precision alignment processes, and automated measurement sequences.
Develop and optimize machine control software, motion control systems, and equipment integration.
Design, build, and maintain robust architectures for automated data collection from production and test equipment.
Develop reliable bi-directional data workflows, including transferring machine configurations and test recipes to equipment and collecting measurement and test data for central databases and analytics platforms.

Extensive knowledge of epitaxial growth technologies, semiconductor materials, and MBE or MOCVD equipment.
Practical experience with wafer characterization techniques such as XRD, PL, Hall measurements, Ellipsometry, AFM, and SEM.
Familiarity with in-situ monitoring techniques such as RHEED, pyrometry, or band-edge measurement is an advantage.
Knowledge of safe handling procedures for chemicals, precursors, and maintenance materials.
Understanding of optoelectronic device technologies and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
