Innolume GmbH has received the Innovation Award 2025 in the Optical Information Category at LASER World of PHOTONICS in Munich - a leading international platform for photonics and optoelectronics.

Innolume Wins Innovation Award 2025 for Breakthrough in Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers

The Innovation Award is organized as part of LASER World of PHOTONICS in cooperation with Wiley Industry Days and the magazine photonicsViews. Winners are selected by an international jury of industry experts across several technological categories.

The award was granted for the development of High Saturation Power 1.3 micron Semiconductor Optical Amplifier (SOA). The product is engineered for high saturation power, ultralow noise and high beam quality, M2 is close to 1.
