Quantum Dot technology for datacom market
Over the whole its history Innolume was continuously working on bringing of Quantum Dots technology advantages to datacom (fiber optic communication) market. Well known high reliability, low sensitivity to optical feedback and operation at high temperature were always attracting a lot of attention from industry. “Thanks to all Tier 1 companies who have been supporting us on our development way, such progress with releasing of the products that close to market demanding targets would not be possible without their close cooperation” saying Alexey Shkolnik, Director Bus.Dev. of Innolume.

180 mW O-Band DFB Laser with Integrated Isolator and 100 kHz Linewidth
Innolume introduces a new 180 mW O-band quantum-dot DFB laser module with an integrated double-stage optical isolator. Covering customer-selected wavelengths from 1270 to 1330 nm, it combines 100 kHz effective linewidth, low RIN, mode-hop-free tuning, and high ex-fiber output power for demanding coherent and low-noise photonic applications.
