SLD 840nm from Innolume
Innolume continues to selectively expand its current product portfolio of short-wavelength devices. The Superluminescent Diode (SLD) at 840nm is one of the company's latest developments. This device shows an output power of approximately 30 mW at a current of 250 mA, with a spectral width of 20 nm. This makes it suitable for a wide range of applications requiring high intensity and broad spectral width. The SLD is packaged in a butterfly 14-pin module, which facilitates ease of integration into various optical systems.
Key Features:
- Wavelength: 840±10 nm
- Output Power: 30 mW at 250 mA
- Spectral Width: 20 nm
- Package: butterfly 14-pin module
- Ripples: 0.02 (typical value)*
- Options: photodiode and loose tube
