1.1. These Rules regulate the procedure for the Special Offer "10% Discount when purchasing a Driver + Laser Diode set" (hereinafter referred to as the "Special Offer").

2.1. The organizer of the Special Offer is Innolume GmbH, Konrad-Adenauer-Allee 11, 44263 Dortmund, Germany.

3.1. The Special Offer is valid for orders placed from September 23, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

4.1. During the validity period of the Special Offer (Clause 3.1 of the Rules), when ordering one Driver + one Laser Diode, the buyer is provided with a 10% discount on the set. The combination of one Driver + one Laser Diode can be different.

4.2. The discount does not apply to a second Laser Diode if it is not equipped with a driver.

The discount in clause 4.1. of this Special Offer is an additional discount to personal discounts.

5.1. The rules of the Special Offer may be changed by the Organizer unilaterally without prior notice by posting information about changes in the Rules of the Special Offer (along with the new edition of the rules) on the website https://www.innolume.com/. The Organizer also has the right to extend or prematurely terminate the Special Offer. In this case, the participants of the Special Offer do not have the right to claim any compensation and/or reimbursement of damages.

5.3. By purchasing goods under the Special Offer, the buyer fully agrees to these Rules of the Special Offer.
