Advancing the Amplifier Wavelength Frontier to 1350 nm

Innolume pushes the wavelength range boundaries of its gallium arsenide (GaAs) quantum-dot product line with the new semiconductor optical amplifier SOA1340025YY22DBXXXX.

The fiber-coupled device reaches its gain peak at 1340–1350 nm, achieving a gain exceeding 20 dB and a saturation output power of 15 dBm, making it Innolume’s most red-shifted amplifier to date.

Innolume’s GaAs QD technology combined with a proprietary anti-reflection coating ensures excellent spectral stability and long-term reliability. The device is packaged in a 14-pin butterfly module and available with PM1310 or HI1060 fiber coupling, an optional 900 µm fiber furcation tube, and an integrated TEC with NTC thermistor for precise temperature control.

The new SOA1340025YY22DBXXXX marks another step in extending Innolume’s O-band product range, enabling higher performance and broader wavelength coverage for advanced optical systems.
