New Week, New DFB Release – Expanding the DFB Laser Portfolio with 780 nm, 785 nm, and 795 nm Solutions

Decor Image

Innolume is excited to announce the extension of its distributed feedback (DFB) laser portfolio into the near-infrared (NIR) region, introducing new products at 780 nm, 785 nm, and 795 nm - as well as all intermediate wavelengths in 1 nm steps.

Housed in a 14-pin butterfly package with fiber coupling, integrated TEC, thermistor, and monitor photodiode, these lasers deliver up to 10 mW ex-fiber while ensuring excellent stability and spectral performance. Designed for high-precision sensing and scientific applications, the new series combines Innolume’s in-house epitaxy expertise with proven packaging reliability for use in demanding environments.

The devices provide single-mode, mode-hop-free operation with a side-mode suppression ratio (SMSR) of 45 dB. Optimized for an operating range of 20–35 °C, they are engineered for long-term stability and repeatability.
