Depending on the requirements, RF modules can include an integrated Bias-T, simplifying connections by combining RF modulation through the RF port and DC bias through a 3-pin. Modules with Bias-T support direct modulation from tens to hundreds of megahertz. Similarly, modules without Bias-T enable direct modulation at frequencies up to hundreds of megahertz. RF modules are versatile and can be used for a wide range of applications.
