Visit of Robert Habeck
Last week, Federal Economics Minister Robert Habeck, along with North Rhine-Westphalia Economics Minister Mona Neubaur, visited the PHOENIX Technology Park in Dortmund. The purpose of their visit was to get acquainted with the advanced technologies and innovative companies located in the park. The main program featured a guided tour of the PHOENIX West area in Dortmund-Hörde, highlighting the park's transformation from an industrial site to a hub of innovation.

Innolume had the honor of presenting its latest achievements during this visit. Our CEO, Sven Rüger, detailed the high-performance chips and laser products that we develop and manufacture. These lasers, which cover the spectral window from 780 to 1350 nm, are crucial in areas such as data communication, medical technology, and various industrial applications. Our commitment to pushing the boundaries of semiconductor laser technology positions Innolume as a global leader in this field.
During the visit, we demonstrated how Innolume's innovative solutions contribute to the advancement of high-tech industries by ensuring high performance and reliability. This visit provided an excellent opportunity to showcase our achievements and discuss future prospects with key leaders in economics and innovation.

The tour, guided by Heike Marzen, Managing Director of Economic Development Dortmund, and Dirk Stürmer, CEO of TechnologieZentrumDortmund (TZDO), offered insights into the successful development of the PHOENIX Technology Park. Today, the park is home to around 200 companies driving innovation and technology forward.
The visit concluded with an informal gathering at the Dortmunder Bergmann Brewery, where participants enjoyed locally brewed beer and continued their discussions in a relaxed setting. This meeting underscored the collaborative spirit that drives the PHOENIX Technology Park.
We are proud to be part of the PHOENIX Technology Park, home to around 200 companies driving innovation and technology forward. Thank you to Federal Economics Minister Robert Habeck, North Rhine-Westphalia Economics Minister Mona Neubaur, and all participants for this meaningful and productive visit.
