Innolume at ECOC 2025
Innolume invites you to visit our booth C4136 at the largest European exhibition for optical communications ECOC 2025, which will take place on 29 September - 1 October at Bella Center, Copenhagen, Denmark.
This year we will showcase our key Datacom solutions:
- DFB lasers from 70 mW to 500 mW for pluggable modules (800G, 1.6T DR8/FR4) and CPO applications;
- 100 GHz Comb Laser with up to 24 coherent channels for DWDM and co-packaged optics;
- Quantum Dot SOA with <4 dB noise figure for low-noise amplification.

Innolume expands its O-band lineup by introducing the new semiconductor optical amplifier SOA1310025YY12DBXXXX with a wavelength of 1310 nm. With an output power of up to 150 mW, saturation level above 20 dBm, and a typical noise figure of 5.5 dB, this SOA ensures high-precision signal amplification for WDM systems and high-speed data communication.
