Innolume participates in the SPIE Photonics West 2026 Technical Conference
Innolume GmbH participates in the international SPIE Photonics West 2026 Technical Conference. As part of the conference program, Dr. Stanislav Ročas, Product Development Manager at Innolume GmbH, will present the paper “Uncooled GaAs-based O-band quantum dot DFB laser for CWDM4 and single-wavelength optical modules”, focused on a new distributed-feedback laser tailored for next generation optical transceivers. The presentation will introduce an O-band GaAs-based quantum dot DFB laser, optimized for next-generation optical transceivers and integration with silicon photonics. The solution demonstrates stable single-mode operation over a wide temperature range and high energy efficiency.

Ashok V. Krishnamoorthy, Chairman & CEO of Axalume Inc. (USA), will deliver the invited paper “Integrated, tunable multi-wavelength quantum-dot semiconductor lasers” (Invited Paper). The presentation will focus on the development of integrated, tunable multi-wavelength quantum-dot lasers and their applications in photonic integrated circuits and high-speed optical interconnects.
