Launch of a New Riber MBE49 Reactor
Our new Riber MBE49 production-scale MBE reactor is now launched, marking a further expansion of our epitaxy capacity for GaAs-based Quantum Well and Quantum Dot photonics devices.
Innolume GmbH has successfully installed and brought online its newest production epitaxy system, the Riber MBE49. Integrated into our manufacturing line, this reactor strengthens our ability to meet accelerating customer demand for our advanced photonics solutions.
The addition of this new MBE system enables us to support the growing demand for both our high-volume and specialized photonics products. The reactor enables multi-wafer 4-inch epitaxy capabilities and represents a significant enhancement to our MBE reactor fleet.
