Pre-Summer Portfolio Expansion: Three New Devices Now Available

Decor Image

Innolume is pleased to announce the release of three new devices expanding our portfolio for sensing, imaging, and datacom applications.

The new SOA0980080YY25DBXXXX semiconductor optical amplifier combines an 80 nm gain bandwidth with 25 dB small-signal gain around 980 nm in a compact butterfly package. Designed for broadband amplification in demanding photonic systems, the device is well suited for OCT engines, swept-source laser systems, broadband seed amplification, and optical preamplifier applications.

The SLD1145080YY010MXXXX superluminescent diode delivers 10 mW output power over an 80 nm bandwidth centered at 1145 nm. The device targets broadband low-coherence applications including OCT, fiber-optic sensing, spectroscopy, and silicon photonics component characterization in the 1.1 µm wavelength range.

For O-band applications, Innolume introduces the SOA1260025YY16DBXXXX, a WDM semiconductor optical amplifier operating across the 1250-1270 nm wavelength range with saturation output power of up to 22 dBm. The amplifier is designed for high-power O-band amplification in WDM and datacom applications.
