180 mW O-Band DFB Laser with Integrated Isolator and 100 kHz Linewidth

Innolume introduces a new 180 mW O-band quantum-dot DFB laser module with an integrated double-stage optical isolator. Covering customer-selected wavelengths from 1270 to 1330 nm, it combines 100 kHz effective linewidth, low RIN, mode-hop-free tuning, and high ex-fiber output power for demanding coherent and low-noise photonic applications.

New publication on bidirectional high-speed transmission using QD-SOA

The article in IEEE Photonics Technology Letters presents a bidirectional optical access link using a QD-SOA with 100 Gbit/s uplink and 150 Gbit/s downlink over 20 km fiber. Results show QD-SOAs are suitable for future passive optical networks. DOI: 10.1109/LPT.2025.3580280
